Information for RURAL FIRE SERVICE OF NEW SOUTH WALES Members
As of 1st July 2010, ALL ITEMS SUPPLIED BY OUR COMPANY (excluding Brigade and Name badges) ARE EMBROIDERED WITH THE RFS APPROVED 'NEW' EMBLEM.
NOTE: We have a number of the Imported Polo Shirts available which we can embroider with the NEW Emblem.
These are 'run out stock' only and you can have your Brigade OR name embroidered also. Cost $15.40. Brigade AND Name $17.40.
This is a good quality garment, made to our specifications, but it seems that most Members prefer to stay with the Australian Made Polo Shirt -great for Oz -and it has made it uneconomical to stock the Imported ones which we have to purchase in large numbers.
NOTE: No size 3XL left.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR NSW SES MEMBERS regarding IMPORTED POLO SHIRTS
Since this brand of Polo Shirt has not been a roaring success, the majority of orders being for the AUSTRALIAN MADE garment (Go Aussie!!), we shall no longer keep stocking this item after existing supplies are gone.
Therefore they will be sold at 'stocking costs' of $11.40 each for sizes XS to 5XL- EMBROIDERED EMBLEM ONLY ($13.40 for 6XL and 7XL)
Please tell your colleagues who do not have access to the web about this offer so that they don't miss out.
At present we have supplies of most sizes from XS to 7XL. As any of the sizes are sold out, we will update the web site accordingly.

QUEENSLAND and TASMANIAN RURAL FIRE SERVICE VOLUNTEERS
We now have a 'Brigade' Logo for the Queensland and Tasmanian Volunteers designed with considerable input from some of your Brigade members.
The Tasmanian Fire Truck is RED! The Queensland truck is Yellow!
This is not intended to replace the official Logo, rather it is an alternative for those Brigades which do not have a Logo available that they are comfortable with.
All items previously sold with the Queensland 'snail' Logo will now have this new Logo which is basically a map of Australia in green with a yellow outline and a YELLOW Fire Truck (we did a red one originally and were soon told your Fire Trucks are Yellow!)
Prices are the same.
This means that you, the Volunteers, can now order again through our website, by email, fax, 'phone or post.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE FOR ALL SERVICES
On line orders to be paid for by cheque or money order will not be started until payment, together with your copy of the order, is received. If we do not receive these within 2 weeks or we are not notified of any reason for the delay, our copy of your order will be destroyed.
ADDITIONAL EMBROIDERY -All Organisations.
On all items except Backpacks (SES only) and Headwear (all services).
UNIT or BRIGADE or INDIVIDUAL NAME or RANK is FREE but if you require your individual name (or rank) AND Unit or Brigade, then there is an additional cost of $4.00 per item.
This does not apply to the Imported Polo which has it's own range of prices.

If you have any enquiries regarding sizings of our garments, please contact us to discuss your requirements. This is particularly important if you are adding customised embroidery, as we are unable to offer any refund or exchange of these goods once embroidered.
If your service or organisation is not listed here and you require quality products at competitive prices or the size you may need is not listed, please contact us.
